When officers arrived, they spoke with two juvenile males who reported that an unknown adult male assaulted them while they were riding their bicycles. Fortunately, the incident was captured on surveillance video. During the investigation, officers were able to identify the suspect as Stephen Catterton and developed probable cause for his arrest. Officers later located Catterton while he was attending a concert at City Springs and took him into custody without incident.
