CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Lottery ticket bandit

“Police responded to a report of theft from a gas station on Division Street” where at “approximately 5:20 p.m., a man entered the store and while an employee turned their back, the man stole approximately 124 lottery tickets,” said Cobourg Police. “A similar theft occurred at a second gas station on Division Street, where approximately three lottery tickets were stolen.”
