Jessica Fraser lost $10,000 in a bank impersonation scam after a fraudster posed as a TD Bank employee and then had e-transfers sent out of the account. TD Bank denies liability; the case is now under review by the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments. Lydia Chabak reports.
