Hector, 73, was last seen on Monday, April 27, 2026 at approximately 10:30a.m., in the Kingston Road and Poplar Road area.

Hector is described as having a slim build, grey beard, and very short grey hair. Hector was last seen wearing tan khaki pants, white and grey camouflage hoodie, black hat and a black vest.

Police are concerned for their safety.
