Police say the victim of a deadly shooting in Scarborough was a 23-year-old man who was also a rapper. The shooting happened near Kingston and Galloway roads at around 10:20 p.m. on Monday. Police said officers responded to the area after receiving calls about the sound of gunshots, adding a man in his 20s was shot.
