Homicide investigators have identified the victim of a shooting in Surrey.
Baljinder Singh Garcha, 46, was found on the side of a road Tuesday afternoon. As Amelia John reports, it’s one of three cases the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called to in the past week.
