Testing the panasonic Lumix S1 II with the Arri log C3 profile upgrade for the first time . Extremely impressed with how much the Arri log is an improvement color wise and takes it heavy grading with easy . Also matches my arri alexa mini perfectly in post !
I’ve decided to film a short film / mini doc conversation with a recording artist , to put the S1ii with arri log C3 through mixed lighting and different outdoors scenarios to test out the highlights . I would disregard what other youtubers say , and pay for the arri log upgrade . It seems to change the color pipeline completely and improve it in all cases ( comparing it to V-log )
This was filmed entirely with one lens , the DZOFILM original Vespid 50mm T2.1 paired with the Viltrox L mount to EF adapter .
