A trial has begun for the teenager charged with first-degree murder in connection with a shooting outside a North York, Ont., apartment complex.
The boy was only 14 years old when he allegedly gunned down 20-year-old Ajay Simpson in June 2024.
The situation has been described as an execution-style killing.
